Singing My Mother’s Song – Rebecca Tantony – 2019

I composed a score on cello, guitar and voice for a scratch performance piece of Rebecca’s new poetry collection, Singing My Mother’s Song. A full show goes into development in 2020.

Julie Abbé – Numberless Dreams album – 2018

I wrote cello and backing vocal parts for French-Born folk singer Julie Abbé’s debut album, released 2019.

Kells Water

Lungfull – an EP of original songs, recorded in 2014 at Iron Mountain Studios,  Manchester, engineered and mixed by Biff Roxby. With musical contributions from Ellis Davies, Ríoghnach Connolly (The Breath/BBC Folk Award Best Singer), Angus Fairbairn (Alabaster Deplume), and Phil Howley. It is available to listen and download from Bandcamp.



Band of Burns  – singer, cellist, vocal harmony arrangements

A super-group celebrating the life and works of Robert Burns. The band has toured England and Scotland from 2016-present, released 2 albums, and performed live on BBC Radio 3’s prime time show In Tune on Burn’s Night 2019. The 2020 tour is booked by Alan Bearman Music and will be a celebration of our debut studio album The Thread, released Oct 2019 on Ord Ban Music. Below are some tracks I led and arranged.
